Who do I speak to if I have a technical query regarding a Moflash product?
If you wish to speak to a member of our technical team regarding a query of your product, please call our main number on 0121 440 5894 and select option 4 when prompted.
If one of your products is in stock, how long will it take for it to be despatched?
From receipt of order, we usually try and despatch your goods within 1-2 working days.
Do you allow for local pickup of my order?
We do allow for local pick up of your order, but please state this when ordering if you wish to collect.
How to buy our products ? - UK Sales
Direct Purchases: You can purchase our products directly* however, if you haven’t traded with us previously, this will be on a proforma basis only. We do require a purchase order or confirmation in writing by email/fax that you wish to order. By return, you will receive a proforma invoice for payment. Quoted lead times apply from receipt of ‘cleared’ payment.
Opening a Sales Account: To open a Moflash sales account (which will be completed via an application process) is subject to director approval.
UK National Distributors/Wholesalers: Moflash work closely with a national distribution network comprising of global distribution companies such as: RS Components and Farnell Electronics but also via a national wholesaler network. For contact details visit our distributor page.

How to buy our products ? - Export Sales
Direct Purchase: The option to purchase Moflash products in overseas territories directly is subject to non-exclusive agreements being in place in the territory in question.
Opening a Sales Account: To open a Moflash sales account* (which will be completed via an application process) is subject to director approval.
Export Distribution: Moflash works closely with a global distribution network comprising of local territory distributors and also global distribution companies such as RS Components and Farnell Electronics. Details of country outlets can be found on our distributor page to find a distribution partner closest to you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Card, BACS and Cheque as forms of payment.

What format are your downloadable CAD Files?
CAD files are available to download for selected products as zipped STEP files.
What format are your downloadable datasheets?
Datasheets are all web optimised PDF documents. A compatible web browser or PDF reader is required.
