Xenon Beacon
Our range of Xenon or Strobe Beacons use a discharge capacitor operating through a converter circuit to ignite a Xenon Gas inside a tube creating a brilliant flash of white light, much like a lightning strike. Although limited to only a flashing signal, Xenon Beacons are available with multiple flash rates ranging from 60 to 120fpm. They also offer a wide range of power outputs which are measured in Joules. For example: 1 Joule, 5 Joules, 10 Joules right up to 25 Joules. This gives the user a guide on how bright the output from the Beacon will be and thus how far away it will be seen. Moflash also incorporate Dioptric [Fresnel] Lenses to improve the performance further. All Xenon Beacons are available in a number of voltages and dome colour outputs.
