Xenon Beacons or Strobes Still Going Strong?

Xenon beacons are still playing an important role in the signalling industry. In the days when signals using incandescent, or filament lamps are being replaced by the more versatile and cost effective LED signals, the xenon, or strobe, still accounts for a large proportion of sales for most signal manufacturers.

The new Moflash Spectrum 600 LED Beacon offers the option of 3 colours in one enclosure (Red, Amber and Green). The Spectrum 600 also incorporates a Piezo Buzzer offering an additional audible signal option. The unit offers a total of 28 signal combinations for PLC controlled operation.
